BAPE offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and blue ribbon seals intact. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original BAPE dust bags and packaging, ensuring all authenticity tags and original invoices are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
